Enrolments
At Yarrunga Primary School, we are happy to accept enrolments from families at any point in the year. If you wish to take a tour of our school before enrolling, please get in touch with our office and we will be delighted to show you around.
The enrolment process involves filling out several important forms. These forms collect essential information about your child, including personal details, medical history, and contact information. Completing these forms accurately ensures a smooth enrolment experience and helps us meet your child's needs effectively. If you have any questions while filling out the forms, our staff is here to assist you.
School Zones
Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au, which hosts the most up-to-date information about Victorian School Zones.
Students residing in our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.
Yarrunga Primary also has additional capacity available to welcome students who are outside of our school zone.
We manage enrolments using the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and may enrol at another school, if there are available places.

Foundation (Prep) Enrolment

Before and After School Supervison
At Yarrunga Primary School, student safety is our top priority. We supervise school grounds from 8:40 AM before school and until 3:25 PM after school.

Students outside these times are unsupervised unless attending care programs or supervised activities. Parents are urged to ensure students only come during these supervised hours.
